Sales launch for school holiday ticket

From now on, students aged 22 or under can purchase the student holiday ticket in Saxony-Anhalt once again. This allows them to use local transport around the clock throughout the state and the MDV area from 28 June to 10 August during the summer holidays. The ticket costs a one-off fee of €30 and is available at all ticket sales points.

Users can also travel to Leipzig within the MDV fare zone outside Saxony-Anhalt. Selected stations in Lower Saxony, such as Wolfsburg and Goslar, as well as in Brandenburg, are also included. It is even possible to make a one-off trip to Berlin and back. The personalised school holiday ticket is valid for any number of journeys on local trains (not EC, IC or ICE), buses and trams (except in Berlin).
